Refund policy
We want you to love your KAURURAY dress. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items as outlined in this policy.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
In new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
In its original packaging with all tags attached.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Initiated within 30 days of the original delivery date.
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
Items without their original tags and packaging.
Final sale items, which will be clearly marked as such on the product page and receipt.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email our customer service team at help@lnione.com within the 30-day return window. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
Receive Instructions: We will reply with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for your return, including the return shipping address.
Ship Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging if possible, or a suitable box. Include your RMA number inside the package. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.
3. Return Shipping Costs
International Customers: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend declaring the package as a "Return of Goods" to minimize fees.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
Timeline: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and any duties/taxes are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.
5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund (following the steps above) and place a new order on our website for the desired item.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or an item that is incorrect (wrong style/size), please contact us at help@lnione.com within 7 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the item and any issues. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label and expedite a replacement or refund upon receipt of the item.
