Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Destinations
We now offer global shipping to destinations all over the world.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to deliver your orders. Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement. Shipping times do not include order processing time. Transit times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
International Shipping: 10-20 business days, depending on destination.
Exact shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order details.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the selected shipping method, your delivery address, and the weight/dimensions of your order. All charges are displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
6. Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you. Reshipping will incur additional shipping charges.
7. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS, and APO/FPO addresses are supported as well. Please note that deliveries to these addresses will take additional time.
8. Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage with the carrier immediately. For any lost or damaged packages, please contact us at help@lnione.com within 15 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace or claim. Please note that all claims require investigation by the carrier and may take time to resolve.
9. Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframes, we are not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier, extreme weather, customs processing, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
